The ingenious system ejects the material from the truck body offering several advantages. Due to the center of gravity remaining low, the truck is very stable. The truck is capable of dumping on inclines, on side slopes and on unstable underfoot. The pusher dumps in 30 seconds and the truck can commence its return cycle immediately after dumping. The push plate retracts while driving. The large single mounted tyres ensure lower ground pressures making this truck suitable for poor underfoot conditions as well as steep grades.

  1. The truck has 3 hydraulically suspended driven axles. Axles 3 and 5 are also steered. This makes the truck very suitable for challenging underfoot conditions.

Powertronic Transmission

This reliable transmission makes the truck very special. The 6-speed transmission is provided with a torque converter that more than doubles the torque in first two and reverse gear and delivers continuous traction, even when changing gear, making it ideal for working in extreme conditions. In top gear, the 6th, there is a lock-up that provides a direct connection so that the fuel consumption is reduced.

EXTRA STABILIZER

We mount an extra stabilizer between 3th and 4th axle. This creates more stability for the complete vehicle and therefore enhances safety.

20 tonnes axle

Due to the placing of the additional 20-tonnes axle, the pusher with single mounted tyres can handle more payload and therefore gains a broader scope. The axle is steered & driven, which increases traction on rough terrain.
